š§ Why We Love Them
These cookies bring the best of both worldsāindulgence and better-for-you ingredients. The almond flour keeps them gluten-free, the cashew butter adds creamy richness, and the sugar-free maple syrup keeps the sweetness balanced. Each bite tastes like a scoop of frozen custard turned cookie!
Texture perfection: soft in the center, slightly crisp on the edges.
Flavor balance: buttery, nutty, and vanilla-smooth.
Satisfying macros: 9g protein per cookie means dessert doesnāt derail your day.

Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, maple syrup, and cashew butter. Mix until a dough forms.
Using an ice cream scoop, form 6 cookie dough balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Gently flatten each cookie and use the back of the scoop to make an indent in the center.
Bake for 8ā10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove and let cookies cool completely on the baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix maple syrup with your nut butter of choice to create a PB caramel topping.
Once cookies are cool, add a dollop of PB caramel into each indent.
Top each cookie with a mini white chocolate waffle cone bite, and enjoy!
