it says my package was delivered, but it is not here, what should i do?
We've seen many times where the wrong scan was input by USPS. If you receive a delivery notification and your package is not where it is supposed to be. Please allow for 1-2 business days for it to show up. If it is still not there contact your local US Post Office. FIt Butters is not responsible for stolen packages.

Can i return if i don't like the taste or texture?
We take pride in all of our flavors. We have many 5-star reviews on our products. However, we cannot guarantee everyone will love them as taste is subjective. Regarding texture, we have photos and video showing the spreadability and textures of all of our nut butters.
my package was damaged during shipping, how can I get a replacement?
Please contact us with photos and we will file a claim with USPS. We will replace your product ASAP with the same product if we have it in-stock.
CAN I return a product?
If the product is unopened, it may be returned for a full refund. FIt Butters is not responsible for return shipping fees. Please contact us to initiate a refund.
How do I eat fit butters?
You can consume FIt Butters like you'd consume any other nut butter spread. FIt Butters is great by the spoon, in oatmeal, on top of rice cakes, with an English muffin and more.
do fit butters need to be refrigerated?
FIt Butters are 100% shelf stable and do not need to be refrigerated.

my inner seal was loose when I opened my jar, is it ok to eat?
Each of our jars are sealed via heat induction seals. When you twist the cap to remove it, it may pull the seal up from the jar. The contents in the jar are 100% OK to eat and have not been tampered with.
