3 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
1½ cups extra thick rolled oats
2 tablespoons Fit Butters Banana Maple French Toast (cashew-almond butter blend)
42 grams (approx. 1 tbsp) Nestlé mini chocolate chips
Optional: pinch of salt or dash of cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
Stir in rolled oats, Fit Butters nut butter, and chocolate chips. Mix until fully combined.
Scoop dough by the heaping tablespoon onto the baking sheet. Flatten slightly to form cookie shapes.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cookies are set and lightly golden around the edges.
