Banana Maple Cookies? Count me in!
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp Banana Maple French Toast Fit Butters
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
Directions
Mash the banana in bowl with fork.
Mix in the Fit Butters, maple syrup and vanilla
Mix in the almond flour into batter.
Use a spoon to make 7 even cookies on a cookie sheet/parchment paper. The mixture will be sticky and more runny than typical cookie dough.
- Bake @350f for 12-15 minutes
- Let it cool (don’t overbake, you want the outside to be done and softer on the inside)
- Enjoy!
