Here is a delicious Banana Maple French Toast Muffin with FIt Butters and optional add of chocolate chips, which I highly recommend! For some reason, maple with banana just meshes so well. Save this recipe for later and keep for an easy snack or breakfast for the week!

Banana Maple French Toast FIt Butters Muffins with Chocolate Chips? Yes. Please.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tbsp Fit Butters Banana
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Optional: chocolate chips

Optional: add SF maple syrup or maple extract to add more maple flavor
Directions
Mash full banana with fork.
Mix in the Fit Butters and almond milk.
Then add the oats and baking powder and mix until thoroughly mixed together. (optional: add maple syrup, extract and/or chocolate chips)
Line muffin molds and fill them with batter.
- Bake @350f for 15 minutes
Let it cool and enjoy.
