A simple, easy recipe for breakfast or snacks on the go!
Ingredients

1 small sweet potato (1 cup)

2 tbsp Fit Butters Charley’s Famous Carrot Cake
- ⅓ cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Directions
Boil the sweet potato until soft (poke with fork to check texture).
Mash the sweet potato and mix with the Fit Butters, almond milk, vanilla extract and granulated sweetener.
Add in the dry ingredients (oats, flour, baking powder).
- Mix and pour batter onto a lined parchment paper baking sheet
Spread out the batter and optional-top with chocolate chips or squares!
- Bake @350f for 10-12 minutes
Take out, slice and enjoy! Or save for the week for easy breakfast or snack!
