This recipe is a simple, single serve treat for anyone who loves Carrot Cake!
Ingredients

1 tbsp Fit Butters Charley’s Famous Carrot Cake
- 2 tbsp applesauce
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- ½ carrot chopped
- 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- 2 tbsp flour

¼ tsp baking powder
Directions
Mix the wet ingredients in medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
Add in the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. (all except carrots)
Spray ramekin and add mixture in! Top with slices of carrot! Another option is to shred the carrot and mix into base of cake mixture.
- Bake @350f for 10-15 minutes
Optional: Drizzle icing on top ( zero calorie powdered sugar & water)
