Single Serve cakes are the best, especially when they are so simple to make and enjoy! Reminds me of coffee cake!
Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp Cinnamon Sugar Cookie Fit Butters
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 2 tbsp applesauce
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
Directions
Mix the wet ingredients and then add in the dry
- Spray a ramekin/small glass bowl with cooking spray and fill it with the batter
Optional: sprinkle some brown sugar (swerve or zero calorie) and cinnamon on top before baking
- Bake @350f for 12-15 minutes
- Let it cool and enjoy!
