The best part is while we used Cookie Butter for this recipe, but you can use any flavor of Fit Butters in the recipe to flavor these pancakes with your favorite. Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp granulated sweetener
- 1 egg/vegan replacement
- 2 tbsp Cookie Butter Fit Butters
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Dash of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup milk (add more if needed)
Directions
Mix the ingredients until it forms a pancake batter consistency
- Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking tray and pour the batter on it
- Bake @350 for 12-15 minutes until done (if it’s thicker then it’ll need more time to bake)
- Cut it into squares, top it with your favorite toppings, drizzle maple syrup and enjoy!
