Don't waste the jar or the last of your favorite FIt Butters! Overnight oats in the bottom of the jar is a life hack and you will never go back!
Ingredients

almost empty FIt Butters Jar of choice
- 45 g oats
- 3 g chia seeds
-
20 g protein powder of choice
- 70 g Greek yogurt

Liquid (about 3/4 cup) (boiling water recommended)
- Sweetener
- Pinch of salt
Directions
Add oats, Chia seeds, yogurt, liquid, and protein powder into almost empty FIt Butters jar.
Close lid onto jar and shake well.
Let set overnight in the fridge or until liquid is absorbed.
Tip: if you use boiling water DO NOT put the lid on and shake right away. Mix with a spoon and allow to cool before shaking.
