Fit Butters Scotcheroo Crispy Cups

If there’s one dessert that never gets old, it’s the classic Scotcheroo. That crispy, chewy texture mixed with peanut butter and topped with melty chocolate? Pure nostalgia. But let’s be real—traditional Scotcheroos can be loaded with corn syrup and refined sugar. So we gave them a Fit Butters upgrade.

These Scotcheroo Bites pack all the flavor you love in a classic bar—just reimagined into convenient, bite-sized form with better-for-you ingredients. They’re quick to make, easy to store, and ideal for everything from post-gym snacks to school lunch treats or just a little something sweet after dinner.

We used our fan-favorite Scotcheroo Fit Butter, which is made with high-quality peanuts, butterscotch chips, whey protein isolate, and real Rice Krispies mixed in. It gives each bite that signature Scotcheroo flavor, quality ingredients and healthy fats to keep you satisfied. Add in some sugar-free maple syrup for stickiness and top with chocolate? You’ve got a no-bake treat you’ll want to keep stocked in your freezer at all times.

Fit Butters Scotcheroo Crispy Cups

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Fit Butters Scotcheroo Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup sugar-free maple syrup (add more if needed for stickiness)
  • 1.5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Mix it up: In a medium bowl, combine the Rice Krispies cereal with the Scotcheroo Fit Butter and sugar-free maple syrup. Stir until well mixed and everything is evenly coated.

  2. Mold it: Scoop the mixture into mini muffin molds, pressing gently to compact.

  3. Top it off: Melt your chocolate chips (microwave or stovetop—your choice!) and drizzle the melted chocolate right on top of each bite.

  4. Freeze: Pop your tray into the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until the bites are firm and set.

  5. Enjoy! Gently remove the bites from the molds and snack away. Store any leftovers in the fridge or freezer (if you even have any left!).
