A strawberry bark trend went viral on TikTok sparking the idea, but truly the FIt Butters flavor makes that trend so much better. This little sweet and salty treat is absolutely amazing!
Ingredients

8oz Strawberries sliced

8 tbsp Salted Caramel Pretzel FIt Butters
-
½ cup dark chocolate chips
-
2 tsp coconut oil
-
Optional 2-3 pretzels
Directions
- Slice about 8 oz (half a pound) of strawberries. Place parchment paper on pan and create rectangle layer flat on parchment paper laying strawberries side by side in rows. Recommended to lay as close as possible together.
Put 8 tbsp of Salted Caramel Pretzel FIt Butters in bowl with 1 tsp of coconut oil to make more drizzly. Place in microwave for 30-60seconds. Stir and drizzle over strawberries using spatula to spread evenly over all the strawberries.
Take dark chocolate chips and 1 tsp of coconut oil and melt until smooth in 30-45 second intervals, stirring in between. Drizzle on top of the FIt Butters and strawberries. Make sure all of the strawberries are covered at this point.
Optional to crumble on 3 pretzels on top for decoration and crunch! Then add some coarse sea salt! This isn’t necessary but we all know we eat with our eyes and it sure makes it look pretty!
- Place in freezer for 15-25 minutes until chocolate is solid. Take out and break into pieces. We did about 10 pieces. You can do more or less! ENJOY!
