Stuffed FIt Butters Turtle Cheesecake Squares

Stuffed FIt Butters Turtle Cheesecake Squares

When it comes to cravings, my number one go to sweet will always be two things. Caramel or Cheesecake. These have been my favorites for years. Not once did I think I would enjoy Turtle Cheesecake as I didn't think I was much of a fan of pecans. Well I stand majorly corrected after we launched this flavor.

I made the perfect little bite sized treat that is healthy featuring our delicious FIt Butters Turtle Cheesecake limited edition flavor. Low calorie, high protein, and delicious. Whose ready to try this?

This recipe is such an easy, delicious twist on cheesecake bites!

Stuffed FIt Butters Turtle Cheesecake Squares

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Turtle Cheesecake FIt Butters

  • 175g-200g Cottage Cheese (used Fat Free)

  • 4oz Fat Free Cream Cheese

Directions

  1. Take 2 tbsp of FIt Butters (half of total), cottage cheese and fat free cream cheese and put into food processor to blend until smooth.

  2. Take silicone icecube tray (this will determine your serving size. I had 24 cubes) Fill bottom with mixture about ⅓ full. shake or use spoon to bottom of tray.

  3. Add other 2 tbsp of Turtle Cheesecake FIt Butters to center of each cube. Optional to add more if you’d like (this will affect nutrition).

  4. Add other half of mixture on top of the FIt Butters in each cube. Use spatula to flatten. Option here to add toppings (chocolate chips, pecans, etc)

  5. Place in freezer for 8-12 hours. If taken out early, will not be solid and may be softer to take out of silicone tray!

  6. Can take out and place back in freezer when craving something sweet! Best to let thaw 10-15 minutes to make a little less solid to bite into!

  7. Enjoy this delicious craving crusher!4 bites is one serving. if craving just one, this is only 25 calories!
