With the weather getting warmer, I am feeling the coconut tropical vibes. I am a huge lover of coconut so making it into a bark for a healthier snack? I couldn't be more excited. All you need is some few simple ingredients and our Vanilla Coconut Cashew Fit Butters. This recipe is super easy and absolutely delicious. Who doesn't love a simple, no bake recipe?
Vanilla Coconut bark? Can anyone get more excited?
Ingredients
½ cup Vanilla Coconut Cashew Fit Butters
½ cup yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup almond flour
⅓ cup coconut shreds
½ cup melted chocolate chips
Directions
Mix the Fit Butters with the yogurt
Add in vanilla and mix
Mix in the almond flour and coconut shreds until it forms into a mixture
Lay it flat on a piece of parchment paper
Melt the chocolate chips
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the bark
Top with more shredded coconut
Freeze for 1-2 hours and crack the bark when ready

Add protein to the base with the FIt Butters to make high protein. Can also try with white chocolate chips if you want more of a white chocolate/vanilla flavor!
