Fit Butters Vanilla Coconut Chocolate Bark

Vanilla Coconut bark? Can anyone get more excited?
Ingredients
-
½ cup Vanilla Coconut Cashew Fit Butters
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup almond flour
- ⅓ cup coconut shreds
- ½ cup melted chocolate chips
Directions
Mix the Fit Butters with the yogurt
- Add in vanilla and mix
- Mix in the almond flour and coconut shreds until it forms into a mixture
- Lay it flat on a piece of parchment paper
- Melt the chocolate chips
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the bark
- Top with more shredded coconut
- Freeze for 1-2 hours and crack the bark when ready
- Enjoy!

Add protein to the base with the FIt Butters to make high protein. Can also try with white chocolate chips if you want more of a white chocolate/vanilla flavor!
