S’mores “Caramel” Layer:
Directions
Prepare the Base: Line an 8×8 dish with parchment paper. Lay a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom.
Make the Whipped Filling: In a bowl, mix whipped topping with protein powder and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in chocolate chips. Spread this mixture evenly over the graham cracker base.
Mix the Caramel Layer: In a small bowl, combine Fit Butters S’mores Peanut Butter, maple syrup (or honey), melted coconut oil, and a pinch of salt. Stir until silky smooth. Pour this over the whipped mixture and swirl lightly.
Add the Top Layer: Place another layer of graham crackers on top, pressing gently.
Freeze & Slice: Freeze overnight (or at least 3–4 hours). Once firm, slice into 6 bars with a serrated knife.
