What better to do than to use Scotcheroo FIt Butters to make healthier scotcheroos! If you don't know what a scotcheroo is, it is peanutbutter with butterscotch and Rice Crispies topped with chocolate! They were always a favorite in our house growing up and I will tell you, it is still one of my favorite treats! We had to use our FIt Butters inspired by these treats to make a healthier version of these treats!
Healthier FIt Butters Scotcheroos

One of favorite treats in a healthier version using FIt Butters!
1 cup Rice Krispies cereal
2 tbsp Fit Butters Scotcheroo
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp milk
¼ cup chocolate chips
(optional: add 1 tsp of coconut oil for easier melting)
Mix the Scotcheroo Fit Butters with the maple syrup and almond milk in medium bowl.
Add in the Rice Krispies cereal
Lay it out on a piece of parchment paper on a tray forming into a square.
- Melt chocolate chips with (optional) coconut oil
Cover the scotcheroo base with melted chocolate.
Place tray freeze for 10 minutes until chocolate has hardened.
Take out and cut into 9 equal pieces and enjoy!
