No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fit Butters Protein Bars

Step 1: Mix the Dough. In a large mixing bowl, add Fit Butters, chocolate protein powder, cacao powder, and maple syrup. Stir with a rubber spatula until it forms a dough. If it’s too dry, add 1 tbsp of plant-based milk. If it’s too wet, add more protein powder.
Step 2: Press into a Pan. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and press the dough into an even layer.
Step 3: Melt the Chocolate. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate wafers and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Step 4: Add the Topping. Pour the melted chocolate over the bars and tilt the pan to spread it evenly. If you’re feeling fancy, sprinkle some plant-based sprinkles on top!
Step 5: Chill & Slice. Place the pan in the freezer for 12 minutes to let the chocolate set. Then, use a sharp knife to slice into bars.
