Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake Balls but healthier! Added protein, no cake involved! But all the bold, rich flavor!
Ingredients
-
½ cup Red Velvet Cheesecake FIt Butters
-
¾ cup agave or honey
-
¼ cup white chocolate chips
-
⅓ cup cocoa powder
-
⅓ cup coconut flour
-
1 cup of chocolate or red velvet protein powder
-
optional to add white chocolate almond bark on the outside and add red food coloring or beet powder to make red
Directions
Mix all ingredients except white chocolate in medium sized bowl until evenly mixed and smooth
Once dough is formed, add white chips and mix in!
Form into 14 even sized balls with hands.
If wanting white chocolate on outside take 4-6 squares of almond bark and melt in microwave in 30-45 sec intervals stirring in between until melted completely.
Dip even ball with spoon in white chocolate and roll in to get completed covered. Can also top with red velvet chips ahoy cookie crumbles if wanting to decorate (I recommend!)
Place parchment paper in bottom of container and place balls after dipped in container to put in the freezer for 10-20min to harden chocolate.
Share (or don’t!) and enjoy!
