A twist on the popular TikTok trend Strawberry Peanut Butter and Chocolate Bark! We used our Red Velvet Cheesecake FIt Butters with white chocolate chips and wow! This was so yummy! What a treat. A great treat to share for Valentines Day. Make sure you save this one to share with your loved ones, and yourself!

This is such a fun twist on a popular recipe, perfect for valentines day!

Red Velvet Cheesecake FIt Butters Strawberry Bark

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Strawberries sliced

  • 6-8 tbsp Red Velvet Cheesecake FIt Butters

  • 2 tsp coconut oil

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

  • Optional: 1 Red Velvet Chips Ahoy Cookie

Directions

  1. Slice about 8 oz (half a pound) of strawberries. Place parchment paper on pan and create rectangle layer flat on parchment paper laying strawberries side by side in rows. Recommended to lay as close as possible together.

  2. Put 8 tbsp of Red Velvet FIt Butters in bowl with 1 tsp of coconut oil to make more drizzly. Place in microwave for 30-60seconds. Stir and drizzle over strawberries using spatula to spread evenly over all the strawberries.

  3. Take white chocolate chips and 1 tsp of coconut oil and melt until smooth in 30-45 second intervals, stirring in between. Drizzle on top of the FIt Butters and strawberries. Make sure all of the strawberries are covered at this point.

  4. Optional to crumble on red velvet chips ahoy cookie on top for decoration and crunch! This isn’t necessary but we all know we eat with our eyes and it sure makes it look pretty!

  5. Place in freezer for 15-25 minutes until chocolate is solid. Take out and break into pieces. We did about 10 pieces. You can do more or less! ENJOY!
