Scotcheroo Overnight Oats

A perfect overnight oats recipe!
Ingredients
-
1/3 cup oats
- 2 tbsp almond milk
-
1 tbsp Scotcheroo Fit Butters
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
-
2 tbsp yogurt of choice (used df coconut yogurt)
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp Rice Krispies
Directions
Mix the oats, milk, Fit Butters and vanilla extract.
Flatten it in a ramekin/small glass bowl.
Spread your yogurt of choice on top.
- Melt the chocolate and mix in the Rice Krispies
- Flatten the chocolate Rice Krispies on top of the overnight oats
Refrigerate overnight to harden the chocolate and let the oats set.
- Crack the chocolate shell and enjoy!
