2 cups desiccated coconut
4 tbsp honey
150 ml unsweetened coconut milk

1–2 dark chocolate bars, melted

Directions
In a bowl, combine the desiccated coconut, honey, and coconut milk. Stir until a thick, cohesive mixture forms.
Press the coconut mixture firmly into the bottom of a parchment-lined 8×8 baking dish, creating an even layer.
