Vanilla Coconut Fit Butters Chocolate Protein Balls

Ingredients

    • 1 cup almond flour 

    • 38g vanilla protein powder 

    • 1/4 cup Vanilla Coconut Fit Butters 

    • 1-2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut 

    • 1/4 cup syrup ( I used sugar free) + 1-2 Tbsp water

    • 1/3 cup lily’s dark chocolate + 1 tsp coconut oil 

    • 2-3Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut 

    Directions

    1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, vanilla protein powder, Vanilla Coconut Fit Butters, shredded coconut, syrup, and water. Mix until a dough forms. If needed, add a little extra water until the mixture holds together easily.
    2. Roll the dough into 10–12 bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
    3. Freeze for 30–60 minutes until firm.
    4. Melt the dark chocolate chips with the coconut oil until smooth.
    5. Dip each coconut bite into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
    6. Immediately roll or sprinkle the bites with shredded coconut.
    7. Place back onto the tray and allow the chocolate to set before enjoying.
