Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • ¼–⅓ cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 2 tbsp Fit Butters White Chocolate Peppermint Cashew Peanut Butter Blend
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • Crushed peppermint candy or candy cane (optional)

Directions

  1. Add Chex cereal to a large mixing bowl.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate until smooth, then stir in the Fit Butters blend.
