If you love coconut, you LOVE coconut. These Macaroon Bites are to die for. I personally love this flavor of FIt Butters. Whenever we go to any sample events, this is a crowd favorite! I mean, come on! Who doesn't eat the entire sleeve of these cookies when you buy the Caramel Delights at the store or buy the girl scout cookies? This is a great way to get your fix, but not over indulge in the sweets! These bites are the perfect little craving crusher.

This is one of my absolute favorite flavors of FIt Butters. The perfect little bites as a craving crusher!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Fit Butters Caramel Fudge Coconut Cookie butter
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1/4 cup flour (heat treated)
Directions
Take small to medium sized bowl and add all ingredients.
Mix into a dough like texture.
Form into 6 even balls rolling in palm of hands.
Optional: add toppings on top (ex: shredded coconut, melted chocolate, nuts etc)
