My favorite cereal since I was a kid has always been Cinnamon Toast Crunch. They have an Apple Pie version out for the fall season! I will admit, I like the original better but for this recipe, the apple add is perfect. The original flavor is great as well! This is a low calorie, easy snack and treat to have for your family and friends! Great to bring to share at fall festivities.
Imagine white chocolate meets snickerdoodle cookies! So good!
Ingredients
-
2 tbsp FIt Butters Cinnamon Sugar Cookie
-
6 tbsp White Chocolate Almond Bark
-
3 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch (optional Apple Pie version)
-
½ cup Swerve Confectioner Sugar
-
2 scoops of your favorite vanilla protein
Directions
Place white chocolate almond bark in small microwave safe bowl. Melt in microwave for 2 minutes at 50% power level. Take out and stir until smooth. May need to melt for additional 20-30 seconds.
In a larger bowl, measure out 3 cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. Pour melted white chocolate and add FIt Butters Cinnamon Sugar Cookie flavor to bowl over the cereal.
Stir until the chocolate and FIt Butters coats the cereal. Add the zero calorie powdered sugar and protein powder to bowl. If you have a cover for bowl, shake! Otherwise stir until everything is covered by protein and powdered sugar replacement.
Place parchment paper on large flat pan. Pour mixture on to pan and separate into 15 even cookie clusters.
Add festive sprinkles for the perfect treat! (this is optional and not included in macronutrients).
Place in freezer for 10-20 mins until solid and formed. Take out and enjoy!
Can keep at room temperature or longer in the freezer! If kept in freezer, may want to take out and let thaw some before eating.
