This recipe makes 9-bars. We will be the first to tell you that these bars feel "heavy" which means you could potentially each 1/2 bar and feel full, saving macros for more FIt Butters.

An easy-to-make energy bar recipe the whole family will love!
2 large rip bananas
1/2 cup FIt Butters Caramel Fudge Coconut Cookie Cashew Almond Butter
1/4 cup Swerve Brown Sugar alternative
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9-in square baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas. You can also use a food processor to do this. Once mashed, add the remaining ingredients. Mix via stand mixer or whisk until batter is thick, but still pourable.
Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 25-28 minutes. Center may still be soft after baking.
Remove from heat and put into refrigerator for one hour to cool. Cut bars and enjoy!
