Many of us have cravings for sweets but don't want to indulge and cheat on our diet, whatever that may be! I was drooling wanting to take a bite of these while making them. They are so good, using our Monster Cookie FIt Butters. No baking involved. They are simple and easy. One of the easiest recipes I've made! Not to mention they are Gluten Free and a much better option than the typical candy bar!
Let's do a quick comparison. Let's look at our No Back FIt Butters Candy Bars versus a Twix bar. A Twix bar has 250 calories, 12 grams of fat, 34 grams of carbs, and 2 grams of protein. Our No Bake FIt Butters Candy Bars? 130 calories, 8 grams of fat, 12 grams of carbs, and 3 grams of protein. This is a much better option to fit into your diet or macros!
Simply make the layers, place them in the freezer to harden the top layer of chocolate, and you have delicious FIt Butter No Bake Candy Bars to share! Best kept cold until serving. Give these delicious treats a try!
Delicious, Easy No Bake Gluten Free FIt Butters Candy Bars!
Mix the base layers ingredients in medium size bowl. Line square cake pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture into bottom of pain with fingers or spatula to cover entire bottom of pan.
Mix "caramel" ingredients together and spread evenly on top of base layer.
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth.
Pour on top of caramel layer evenly on top.
Put on cover and place in freezer for 20-30 minutes until top layer is hardened.
Best to keep cold until right before serving! Enjoy and share!
You can substitute the honey with sugar free maple syrup. Also, can use all almond or all oat flour if needed. Another option is the use a different flavor of FIt Butters. We do think the Chocolate Caramel Candy Bar would be great in this recipe!
